Sheila Gallagher, RMT
Sheila relocated to Sarnia in 2012 and pursued a new career in Massage Therapy. She graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Lambton College and began working as an RMT in January of 2016. She is passionate about her work as a manual therapist and strives to help her clients using a combination of relaxation work, deep tissue massage and assisted stretching. Sheila has additional training in yoga therapy and personal training. She uses this knowledge to educate her clients in creating simple mindful habits that will improve posture and comfort on a day-to-day basis. While she greatly enjoys the wide variety of client needs that come with working in a clinical setting, she most loves to see the progress of how massage helps create movement in an area that was previously stuck. And she particularly enjoys the challenge of working with head/neck/shoulder injuries, as well as working with individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, and particularly stressful times in their lives.
Sheila is excited to be working as part of a team of manual therapists who collaborate to give their clients the best possible treatment outcome!
